Postcode instead of Zip Code 

Is it possible to change the label "Zip Code" to "Postcode" on the search form?

Yes, it is.  The module is fully localized, so you can edit the labels through DNN's Language Editor.  If you aren't familiar with using the Language Editor, see the Localization topic in our documentation wiki.
