I would like to see the ability to display all hot jobs by default. This could be a module setting.

That is an excellent suggestion, I'll make sure that it gets on our road map for a future version of the module.
One more... I'd like the ability to change, or set, the sort order of Job Listings. As well as have a bit more control over the coloring of the heading boxes and dividing lines.

I seen a few good suggestions in this forum. When can we expect to see a new release? Is one in development?
Sort order would be a good one, too. So far as control over the header goes, you should be able to make any sorts of changes that you'd like by altering the skin or portal css. All we are doing is providing a default style, but you have complete control to alter that to match your own look and feel.

I didn't see a setting that would make the jobs searchable in the main DNN serach. That would be very good.
