collapse panes

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping you could direct me on what I can change to widen the content pane if no modules are placed in the left or right panes. For example, on sub-one there are left, content and right panes. If there are modules installed in the left pane and content pane but not the right pane I would like my content pane to expand to the width of the content + the width of the right pane.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Vinny

Re: collapse panes

Vinny,

Are you refering to Engage: Direct? With Direct, you could achieve the desired example simply by using the home page layout and only utalizing the LeftPane and ContentPane. If you are wanting to try to create an overall flexible layout throughout the skin you would have to adjust the style sheet to use percentages in favor of fixed widths to make the panes exapand. I tend to lean towards fixed width layouts and add a skin layout rather than relying on liqud layout to handle my content, but thats really more of a personal approach. Hope that helps!
