Dates..error..

We´re running DotNetNuke 05.01.02 and have installed the Publish 5.5. After making a testposting i got this error under the posting at the newspage:

Error: Nyheter is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. ---> System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. at System.DateTimeParse.Parse(String s, DateTimeFormatInfo dtfi, DateTimeStyles styles) at System.Convert.ToDateTime(String value, IFormatProvider provider) at Engage.Dnn.Publish.Item.CorrectDates() at Engage.Dnn.Publish.Item.GetItem(Int32 itemId, Int32 portalId, Int32 itemTypeId, Boolean isCurrent) at Engage.Dnn.Publish.Util.Utility.IsDisabled(Int32 itemId, Int32 portalId) at Engage.Dnn.Publish.Controls.CustomDisplay.lstItems_ItemDataBound(Object sender, RepeaterItemEventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.Repeater.OnItemDataBound(RepeaterItemEventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.Repeater.CreateItem(Int32 itemIndex, ListItemType itemType, Boolean dataBind, Object dataItem) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.Repeater.CreateControlHierarchy(Boolean useDataSource) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.Repeater.OnDataBinding(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.Repeater.DataBind() at Engage.Dnn.Publish.Controls.CustomDisplay.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

We are running a norwegian site with date format dd.mm.yyyy. Webconfig is set to nb-no and the language at the webpage is set to norwegian nb-no.

Its kinda urgent, we have a very short deadline for publishing of the project.

Re: Dates..error..

Can you check the module settings for both Custom List and Article display to see if the date settings are configured? I'm going to try to do some testing locally and see what might be causing this.

Re: Dates..error..

I was able to recreate this, going to see if we can't come up with a fix and get a new release together this week to resolve this.

Re: Dates..error..

Good. If you could take a look at it as soon as possible it would be nice.

Re: Dates..error..

One thing you might try is to use MM instead of mm, as mm is minutes, not Month.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8kb3ddd4(VS.80).aspx

I found that to be my issue so far locally. I'm still doing some other testing.

Re: Dates..error..

Hi,

Any idea on how we can work around this issue or any update on when the fix will be available for it?

Thanks,

Hemant

Re: Dates..error..

As of right now I don't have a work around or an ETA. I'm trying to see what's changed recently to have caused this.

Re: Dates..error..

I found and corrected the problem tonight. Hoping we can get a point release out tomorrow or Friday that fixes this. I will get Gemini up to date here so we can do a release, I'll post more when I know when we have the release together and ready.
