Caching?

We have this report on a site that we have built and that includes Publish:

"There continues to be exasperation on the client side about caching.  When she was changing the thumbnail images for the featured articles, she could not see her changes."

Is there a caching issue?  If so, how do I configure, fix or whatever?

Re: Caching?

Are they running on 5.3.1? There were some caching issues fixed in the past few releases.

Re: Caching?

Just another case of pilot error.  We were using the default setting of 5 minutes.  I had to go to the modules in question and set the cache time to 0.

In the process, I also set the default cache time to 0.

What am I going to run into with the default and module cache times set to 0?  This isn't going to be a heavily trafficed site.
