I've played around with the demo and scanned the documentation, but I'm not sure if/how the following functionality (which would be absolutely necessary for us) is possible:
1) Cancel or change an already approved appointment (with email notification)
2) Configure the fields/data that are collected in the form when booking
3) Block out dates/times - eg, make lunch hour unavailable for booking, certain recurring unavailable times, etc.
4) (And to reiterate a request from another forum poster) Edit existing booking - quite important IMO.
I'd also ideally like to see a trial version for download.
