Hello Brian,
This problem occured when no modules were loaded on any pages, other than ver. 1 (the latest verison available on Snowcovered) of the Engage Dashboard Module. The only skin in use was your Adaptive skin.
I spoke with Tony at PowerDNN to ask if this installaiton was on a 2008 SQL server version or the 2003 and was told the 2003 version of SQL...not sure if this matters.
I checked on your questions:
1. Yes, the Telerik.Charting.dll is there...I'm not sure if it matters, but the default folder location within PowerDNN hosting is: domain.com/httpdocs/Bin
2. Also, within the Parallels Control Panel on PowerDNN, right clicking doesn't give me any version info (not sure why??). When I get home later, I will check to see the file info inside the zip and email this evening.

Thanks for checking on that for me.
The module is compatible with SQL 2000 and 2005, so that shouldn't be a problem. Also, it's fine that the httpDocs folder is in the path to the bin.
So far as the modules go, can you let me know what modules are installed? Even if they aren't on a page, they affect what components are installed on the file system and in the bin folder specifically.

Hello,
As I said, when this happened the last time, there were no modules - other than the dashbord - and the 1 Adapvive skin. I have since moved on and have been working on my DNN installation without any problems with any module or skin loaded...so, it would not be helpful to list my current setup.
If it would be helpful, I can grant you access to my current DNN installation and my Parallels control panel to check the current files in the file manager and try loading the module on a page (as well as seeing what other things might be affecting the use of the module). I'll need you to call me for this access, ok. I'd like to set a time for this if that's ok.
Best Regards, MitchB
PS. the version of the file Telerik.Charting.dll is 2.0.3.0 - as it appears inside the .zip installation file. |

Hello Brian,
Where's the email you were going to send me yesterday morning - to get "your" product working?
Listen guys, it's been a week now and I'm no closer to using your product. And, I don't intend to download an early version of your software to replace the one I bought. At this time, I'd like refund and when you're product has been in the market a little longer, I'll repurchase. You can still check out my environment when you get a free day, OK?
I'll look for the refund today. |

Mitch,
we can certainly provide you with a refund if that's what you want, though I did send you an email yesterday at 9:52 AM (just after that post was made). I'm sorry if that didn't reach you. Feel free to call the number in my signature any time today, I'd really love to get this figured out for you.
Thanks,
