Time Zones & Required Fields
Modified By Byron Ford on 2/25/2009 5:11:04 PM)

Is it possible to set the time zones drop down to a default setting instead of having to select one every time an event is added.

Also, how do I make the end date/time field in the admin not required?

Using v 1.0

Thanks,
Byron

Re: Time Zones & Required Fields

The time zones drop down should be getting the default time zone that it set in your user profile.  If you change your profile, it should change the default time zone that the form uses.

There is no way to make the end date not be required.  Why do you want to not specify an end date/time?

Thanks,

Re: Time Zones & Required Fields

Changing the profile worked on the time zones.

We're using the events module on a Real Estate community website where we may announce the opening of a restaurant or some other type attraction which really has no ending date. Not a big, just wondered if it was possible.

Thanks for the quick response and a great module!
Byron
