Add Event - Approval Process / Roles ?? 

I seached the documentation and explored the online demo, but I don't see anywhere that addresses the issue of a public calendar.  I have a requirement to allow any registered user on the site to submit an event.  Once the events are submitted we would like to be able to assign a role to user accounts which authorizes them to approve the event for display in the public calendar.  Just a simple work flow process similar to the articles module.  Does this exist or is it on a feature request list / product road map yet?? Thanks in advance for the help.

This is not yet part of the module, though it is a requested feature.  You can see that request at our issue tracking site, and feel free to comment on it if you have additional or different needs.
