In order to access those free upgrades please send an email to dotnetnuke @ engagemodules.com and let us know when you purchased the module from either source, which license of the module you purchased, and your username here on EngageSoftware.com.

We need your exact purchase date to verify with our records before we can add you to the appropriate role. Once you have been added to the roles you will be able to download the modules from this page.

For pre-releases or trial versions of the modules, this will be used to enforce an expiration.  Presently, we collect identifying information for our own internal marketing and licensing efforts, including IP Address, DotNetNuke site GUID, and license key.

We will never sell or otherwise make this information available outside of Engage Software, except as required by law.  Please direct any concerns to support@engagesoftware.com.

This use of  this component is intended to ensure a better product and better product support. We want to be explicit about the use of this technology to make our intentions clear.
