• The primary "list" control is called Custom Display. The function of this control is to replace the original "list" controls known as Item Listing and Category Display. With the Custom Display settings you can define which category to pull information from, how many items to pull back, control what gets displayed (title, description, date, read more link, thumbnail), and also the sort order of those items. Prior to this control you could get some of that functionality with the Category Display, and some with Item Listing, but not all together.
