Appointment Requests At-A-Glance

Engage: Booking allows users to request appointments directly from a calendar to see availability at-a-glance. Our intuitive interface design allows users to request appointments directly from open timeslots in the calendar. Additionally, calendar owners can review requests alongside their calendar to make accurate decisions about their schedule.
Appointment Approval Worfklow

You have ultimate control over your calendar with approval rights for requested appointments. Requests can be approved or denied directly from the email notification or you can review all pending appointments and perform action in batches. Your calendar is automatically updated to reflect your approval.
Email Notification

Both schedule owners and requestors receive automated emails to help facilitate communication during the scheduling process. After a user requests time on your schedule, an email is sent to you. You can easily accept or deny the request from the email or login to review all pending approvals. Once you take action on a request, the requestor receives and email confirmation.
Robust Form for Detailed Requests

The appointment request form gives you flexibility to collect as much or as little information needed for appointment requests. Engage: Booking is fully localized, allowing administrators to customize the form to meet their scheduling needs.
Various Calendar Skins to Match Your Design

The calendar used for scheduling comes packaged with twelve skins to help you match your schedule with the rest of your site.
Role-based Requests

With Engage: Booking you can determine which role can request appointments. Since Engage: Booking's settings are specific to the module, you can place Engage: Booking numerous times across your site and configure each separately. This is great for managing multiple, separate schedules.
Easily Export Your Schedule to Excel

Engage: Booking allows you to export your appointment information to Microsoft Excel. By exporting appointment information, you'll be able to reconcile your schedule to billing, payroll, or other data sources.
