Training Class Policies
Cancellation Policy:
  1. To cancel your registration, you must contact our Registration Department at 1-314-966-4000 ext. 222.  Cancellation must be made by 3:00 PM Central time, no more than 14 days prior to scheduled course.
  2. Students who cancel prior to the minimum notification date (14 days) will receive a partial refund or a full credit toward a future class at our discretion. Credit must be used within one calendar year.
  3. Engage reserves the right to change or cancel classes up to 14 days prior to the class start date. You will be notified at that time of such change or cancellation.  Classes may be rescheduled due to lack of enrollment. Students will receive a full refund or credit towards a future class should this occur.
  4. Engage is not liable for airfare, lodging, or other travel-related expenses incurred by student for any reason
 
Refund Policy:
  1. For cancellations 21 or more days from scheduled class date, 75% of course fees will be refunded.
  2. For cancellations 14-21 days from scheduled class date, 50% of course fees will be refunded.
  3. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to scheduled class date, no refunds will be given.
