We take pride in trying to offer professional products and services to the DotNetNuke community. In providing commercial modules, two components of the module define professionalism - the quality of the product, and the quality of the support.
Recently we have done two things which we hope will continue to add to the overall quality of our modules (both the product and support).
We're making our issue tracking system more transparent. With each release going forward, our modules will have a public facing road map and issues list. We're also opening up the issue tracking system (Gemini) to our user community. By doing this, we hope to engage our user community more fully and communicate more clearly the direction of our product development cycle. Check out our issues tracking system at support.engagemodules.com
The Support page on engagemodules.com has been revamped to better define our process and the tools available for support and feedback....

The most requested new features include the ability to allow users to submit comments and ratings for your locations. You can moderate these if you like, or you can turn it off if you don't need it.
Another new feature is the ability to allow and moderate locations submissions. If you allow, users can submit new locations for you to approve and include in your locations.
You now also have the ability to to add custom attributes to your locations types and set the value for each location.
You can also choose which page to display the results. This allows you to configure the module to search on one page and get the results another. (i.e. search for locations from the home page but display the results on an interior page).

Back in November 2007, I was invited to be a technical reviewer for a book called DotNetNuke Skinning Tutorial by Packt Publishing Company. Having seen limited resources about DotNetNuke skinning, I agreed to be involved in the project instantly. It was an exciting experience since I have never had any experience in working with formal documentations besides DotNetNuke training documentations I wrote here with the team.

On our DotNetNuke module demo site, we have a little selector (pictured above) in the upper right hand corner that lets you pick how wide you would like the site to appear. This is based on a similar mechanism on the DNN site. Folks have been asking about it, so feel free to register on our site and grab it for yourself (for free).
