Rich is President and Co-founder of Engage Software. Rich has overall management responsibility for Engage with primary focuses on strategic planning and product development. With over 20 years of IT consulting and management experience, Rich wears many hats for Engage including Sales, Marketing, Project Manager and Developer. He was formerly a Project Manager for a successful multi-million dollar merger initiative at Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages and Pacific Bell Directory. Rich received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University. When not obsessing over the cleanliness of his Dodge Charger, Rich enjoys coaching youth sports and distance running.

Kevin O’Brien, Vice President - Operations

Kevin is co-founder and COO of Engage Software. He has over 20 years of IT experience. He received his B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri, St. Louis and his M.B.A. from Washington University. Kevin specializes in solving problems and using technology to streamline and automate work processes. He has been involved with software projects in a wide range of industries, including medical, non-profit, insurance, and advertising. Kevin also has an extensive background in HR, Payroll and Benefits systems, having managed several large scale projects for Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages and SBC. He is very passionate about Data and databases, expecially SQL Server. After work hours, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and listening to music.

Henry Kenuam, Chief Technology Officer

Henry Kenuam is a co-founder of Engage Software and Chief Technology Officer and has worked in IT since 1995. Previously, Henry has managed multi-million dollar software development projects for Maritz. One of the largest, a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for Toyota/Lexus (1-800-GOTOYOTA), Henry served as System Architect and Project Manager. Today, his focus is more customer facing; account and project management. Henry's first love is coding using Object Oriented patterns and best practices, but also finds great joy in working with clients directly to help them grow and understand solutions. Seeing a project from an idea to its logical conclusion is very important to him, and finds that managing a project can be very rewarding. Henry is a father first and foremost, but also can be found with his hands in CNC equipment programming, CAD/CAM software, prototype development of just about anything. He loves to fish and is a hot rod enthusiast.

Jason Stone, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jason has been working in the St. Louis area since 1996, with his core strengths revolving around digital strategy and internet marketing. Having owned several businesses of his own, Jason is very good at looking at a project from the client's perspective. Jason has a real love for solving a client's problems; finding the right play, implementing a smart solution, and then seeing the proof -- be it site traffic, conversions, or sales. Above all things, Jason is a dad. He loves spending time with his kids, and is very well versed in all things Thomas the Train, Pixar, and Disney Princesses.

Brian Dukes, Chief Software Architect

Brian Dukes has been working with Engage professionally since 2006, but has been writing code since around 1998. Brian is very passionate about writing code that is easily maintainable, and helping others to do the same. He has been a leader in the DNN Community, and can often be found speaking at conferences and helping others on twitter, github, and stackoverflow. DotNetNuke recognized his community efforts by awarding him the DNN MVP in 2012. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, being involved within his church, as well as supporting social justice, fair trade, local, seasonable, real food, and international adoption.

Abadi Kurniawan, Developer

Abadi, originally from Indonesia, moved to St. Louis, Missouri in 2007 to pursue a master degree in computer science at University of Missouri, St. Louis. He has been a web developer since 2003, but started as java developer before making the switch to DotNet when joining Engage in 2010. Abadi is passionate about writing clean and elegant code, and spends most of his time at Engage building DNN modules, and lately has been focusing on sites with an e-commerce aspect. When not working on site, he enjoys running, hiking, any outdoor activities, as well as playing video games.

Anthony Overkamp, Creative Director

Anthony Overkamp is a St. Louis based multi-disciplinary designer, artist, and the Creative Director at Engage. Anthony has worked in the graphic and print industry since 1999 before moving to web design in 2002. He is known for clean, adjustable design, focusing on web standards and user experience. Anthony has a passion for keeping designs simple and clean, web standards, and user experience. When not at work, He enjoys spending time with friends and family, working on his log cabin, watching Star Wars, and working on his artwork.

Chris Marfia, Developer

Chris Marfia is a St. Louis based developer. Chris has been working in the field for about two and a half years working with ASP.NET. Professionally, he has the knack for front end UI and working JavaScript libraries. Chris is also known for working with mapping engines such as Google Maps or MapQuest as well as being passionate about learning new technologies, implementing these new technologies, and teaching his peers. Outside of work Chris likes to run, cook, and play videos games such as any Elder Scrolls game.

Oliver Hine, DotNetNuke Surgeon

Oliver enjoys hacking DotNetNuke in his sleep, and creating free extensions for the whole community to benefit from. He is a very active community memeber, and has many projects located on his personal site. Chances are you have used one, if not many of Olivers extensions for DNN. Outside of DNN life, Oliver enjoys taking photographs, NASA, and staying current with technology.

Matt has been making computers do stuff since he was ten. Matt has his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science, and B.S. in Computer Engineering from University of Missouri Science and Technology. He is passionate and known for solving very difficult and unique technical problems. His personal best Super Metroid time is 0:49.

Brian Fagnani, Content Strategist

Brian, born and raised in Saint Louis, has been working in the web development field for a little over three years. He is known for working with clients to help implement their content, as well as providing front-end development and design. Brian is passionate about simple clean design, content strategy, and good usability with a focus on the client and end user. Outside of work, Brian can be found hanging out with my wife and two dogs. He also enjoys anything to do with remodeling homes and is currently rehabbing a 1920’s city house that has been in his family for three generations.

Josh Bradley, Developer

Josh is a recent graduate and has only been working professionally in the field for a few months. He is quick to grasp new concepts, to solve problems and has a knack for programming, and understanding programming concepts. Josh is very eager to learn from his coworkers and the community, and looks forward to learning more about DNN specifically. He is also an big sports fan. He loves to watch the Blues, and the Cardinals play. Josh also really enjoys video games, anything that has to do with technology, and staying up to date with current world affairs.

Lynn Campbell, President Engage Sports

Lynn is president and co-founder of Engage Sports, and has been working in the field since 2006. Being a parent who is very actively involved in youth sports as coaches and board members, Lynn and the Engage Sports team created a solution focussed on completely streamlining the administrative process of running and managing every aspect of a sports organization. Lynn is known for her exceptional customer service skills, and her ability to build relationships. She is very passionate staying in touch with her clients, and seeing the Engage Sports team take her ideas and make them come to life. When not at work, Lynn strives to live an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys everything about the outdoors, running, biking, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, or just sitting on Siesta Key beach with her family and friends.

Dawn ensures the company stays running on a day to day basis, and keeps the entire office in line. Outside of the office, Dawn can be found spending time with her family and friends.

Ed recently joined Engage Sports as Director of Business Development, and has been in the field for the last 15 years. Ed is known for his consultative approach to help clients improve their business processes. He is passionate about helping sports organizations improve the quality of their programs through technology as well as just having a love for sports. Outside of work, Ed enjoys coaching his son's baseball team and working closely with his daughter's on volleyball and soccer.
