Rich Campbell, President
Rich is President and Co-founder of Engage Software. Rich has overall management responsibility for Engage Software with primary focuses on strategic planning and product development. With over 14 years of IT consulting and management experience, Rich wears many hats for Engage including Sales, Marketing, Project Manager and Developer. He was formerly a Project Manager for a successful multi-million dollar merger initiative at Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages and Pacific Bell Directory. Rich received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, MO.
Kevin O’Brien, Vice President - Operations
Kevin is Vice President and co-founder of Engage Software. He has over 15 years of IT experience. He received his B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri, St. Louis and his M.B.A. from Washington University. Kevin specializes in using technology to streamline and automate work processes. He has been involved with software projects in a wide range of industries, including medical, non-profit, insurance, and advertising. Kevin also has an extensive background in HR, Payroll and Benefits systems, having managed several large scale projects for Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages (SWBYP) and SBC.
Henry Kenuam, Chief Technology Officer
Henry Kenuam is a co-founder of Engage Software and Chief Technology Officer. His responsibilities include overseeing the technical direction of the company. Henry ensures that the technologies used in software development efforts are proven and that the system designs are of the highest quality. He has over 13 years of Information Technology experience in Software Development and Design. Previously, Henry has managed multi-million dollar software development projects for Maritz. One of the largest, a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for Toyota/Lexus (1-800-GOTOYOTA), Henry served as System Architect and Project Manager.
Chris Hammond, Vice President - Training Services
Chris leads Engage’s DotNetNuke team and has been developing websites for 10 years, taking it from a hobby to a career with relative ease. Some of the larger sites Chris has developed include St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Tamko Roofing, and he spent a year working on http://www.sportingnews.com. Chris has been a DotNetNuke Core Team member for over three years, and has specialized in DotNetNuke development and training since DNN's early days. In his free time Chris participates in various activities with the Sports Car Club of America, including autocross and club racing, and manages multiple community portals dedicated to his hobbies.
Patrick Renner, Project Manager
Patrick Renner is a project manager at Engage Software where he oversees a variety of implementations using primarily the DotNetNuke framework. Over the course of numerous projects using DNN, he has seen the application used in organizations large and small for a multitude of uses. Patrick is excited about the versatility, flexibility, and rapid progression of DNN as a product and as a user community.
Patrick is the co-author of DotNetNuke 5: User’s Guide. Patrick has spoken at Tulsa Tech Fest, trains DotNetNuke portal administration, and consults on project planning and strategy for DotNetNuke implementations.
